canon error

 1: No Memory Card

This error means that the Memory Card or the Storage Card is not getting detected by Canon Power Shot. This usually happens when the memory card is inserted in the wrong direction. Take out the memory card from your camera and insert it back again properly to see if the problem is getting resolved.

 2: Card is Locked

Another error that might give you a small headache is “Memory Card is locked” error. Check whether the Memory Card is locked, and unlock it. And if you can’t find the lock switch, and then insert it into a Card Reader/ Adapter that has a switch and try inserting it back again. The lock switch is present in the left side of the SD card. You can unlock it by sliding it up.

 3: No Images

This happens when your camera or system does not detect images. And the panic starts when you realize you forgot to backup all the pictures.

Data can get corrupted or sometimes, RAW images refuse to get detected by the camera or the system. But, you have to remember not to overwrite the memory card, or you would not be able to retrieve the pictures. We would recommend using a professional tool like Stellar Photo Recovery tool to recover lost, corrupted or deleted files.
