There are various ways in which you can restore deleted photos from Canon cameras. One of the best ways is to use a professional and trusted tool to recover lost or deleted photos.

Stellar Photo Recovery software is a perfect tool for such situations. The tool restores lost or deleted pictures on a Canon digital camera due to any case of data loss. In addition, it provides an easy-to-use interface, which makes the entire recovery process very easy to perform.

Recover Deleted Images from a Canon Digital Camera

As mentioned earlier, it is still possible to recover deleted photos from a Canon digital camera. However, in order to increase the possibility of recovering lost photos, you need to stop using the Canon camera immediately. It is better to place the camera at a safe location. This is just to avoid any overwriting on to the memory card, as any overwriting makes the pictures unrecoverable.

Note: When a picture is deleted, it is just the entry that gets deleted from the file table. The space that was occupied becomes free and any overwriting would reduce the chance of photo recovery.

By keeping the camera (memory card) at a safe location, you can make use of the memory card to safely perform lost photo recovery. However, before performing any steps with the software, you need to connect your device to the computer. Once connected, your memory card in your digital camera should appear as a drive letter in 'My Computer'.

Note: You can make use of an USB card reader to connect your memory card to the computer. Many modern computers do have such inbuilt card reader; however, you can always connect an external card reader to access photo present on the memory cards.
